The spacious junior suite was a great choice for our city break, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The welcome snacks and drink were a nice touch, making us feel warmly welcomed. The helpful reception staff offered valuable advice and assistance throughout our stay. The hotel's location, slightly outside the tourist area and near the beach, was perfect for us, great to enjoy a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.
We encountered a few issues , such as the broken room key with to be replaced twice. It would have also been nice to have more bedsheets available from the beginning.

Guests have mentioned that it is just a short walk to the beach and there are also good restaurants nearby. The staff has been praised for their professionalism and helpfulness. The rooms have been described as clean and comfortable, with excellent bedding. The hotel provides fresh and fluffy beach towels for guests to use. There have been compliments about the welcoming lemonade, assorted sweets, and complimentary birthday cake provided by the hotel.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is that it can be difficult to get to the city center from the hotel.

As adventure travelers, we loved the close proximity to the beach, allowing us to easily access water activities and enjoy the sun. The hotel's location near the metro also made it convenient for us to explore the city and its attractions. The breakfast provided was great and gave us the energy we needed for our adventurous days. The staff, particularly Jose and Jolinda, were friendly and welcoming, making us feel appreciated. The balcony with a sea view was a real treat, offering a stunning sunrise that added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at reception before check-in, allowing us to start our day exploring without any inconvenience.

We had an outstanding stay at this beachfront hotel! The location was unbeatable, virtually right on the beach and just a 10-minute walk to the closest metro station. The service was impeccable, from the friendly receptionist who helped us with our heavy luggage to the attentive housekeepers who kept our room spotless. The amenities were top-notch, including soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi throughout.
We were impressed with the comfort and convenience this hotel provided. We appreciated the range of services available, from car hire and dry cleaning to tours and ticket assistance.
