The spacious junior suite was a great choice for our city break, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The welcome snacks and drink were a nice touch, making us feel warmly welcomed. The helpful reception staff offered valuable advice and assistance throughout our stay. The hotel's location, slightly outside the tourist area and near the beach, was perfect for us, great to enjoy a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.

We encountered a few issues , such as the broken room key with to be replaced twice. It would have also been nice to have more bedsheets available from the beginning.

As adventure travelers, we loved the close proximity to the beach, allowing us to easily access water activities and enjoy the sun. The hotel's location near the metro also made it convenient for us to explore the city and its attractions. The breakfast provided was great and gave us the energy we needed for our adventurous days. The staff, particularly Jose and Jolinda, were friendly and welcoming, making us feel appreciated. The balcony with a sea view was a real treat, offering a stunning sunrise that added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at reception before check-in, allowing us to start our day exploring without any inconvenience.

The service was impeccable, from the friendly receptionist who helped us with our heavy luggage to the attentive housekeepers who kept our room spotless. The amenities were top-notch, including soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi throughout.
